Meet Pastor Luke and Marcela Page! They embody our mission to love God and love people with unwavering commitment. Their passion for winning souls and nurturing disciples who can impact the world is truly inspiring. Dedicated to restoring families, raising up the next generation, empowering young people, and fostering a vibrant faith in children, they ignite a fire for serving Jesus Christ in all they do!

Originally from England, Luke was raised as a missionary in a Pastoral family, while Marcela, originally from Colombia, also comes from a pastoral family. For 20 years they have served in worship ministry, youth pastoring, college pastoring, and serving on the pastoral staff of MCI. In 2018, Luke & Marcela were sent by the founding Pastors Cesar and Emma Claudia Castellanos of MCI Bogota (Mission Charismatic International). Starting in 2019 with a small group of five people gathering in their home, they cried out for the Holy Spirit to send revival. Through their tireless efforts in building a launch team, MCI Los Angeles opened its doors in January 2020, marking the beginning of a transformative journey for countless lives.

They love family and are devoted parents to their beautiful three children, believing that family is their first and most imortant ministry. Pastor Luke and Marcela are resolute in their mission to help people grow in their relationship with God through discipleship and grow in community with others. Don't do life alone has become a foundational declaration at MCILA. Something our Pastors have always said from the beginning is that we want a church that looks like Heaven. A community of believers of every age, color, race, language and background.

Pastors César and Emma Claudia Castellanos have been pioneers in the implementation of the G12 Vision in the nation of Colombia for more than 30 years. This has transcended to the point of being applied in more than 10,000 churches around the world with extraordinary results. In this crucial time, the G12 Vision has become God’s instrument to impact, influence and transform entire nations that dream with the same objective: to take the gospel to thousands and make disciples with the character of Christ.

Pastor Cesar Castellanos is considered to be a visionary man. When he had no church, God spoke to him and said, “Dream of a very big church because dreams are the language of My Spirit.” From that moment on, God gave him the gift of faith. He has been clinically dead three times, but has had very powerful encounters with Jesus. God has revealed to him the power of the blood of Jesus; because of it, he has seen supernatural healings and miracles of great conquests. He has been passionate for the souls from the moment he converted, starting his ministry by preaching on the streets. Today, through the G12 Vision he mentors many leaders and pastors teaching them to dream and training them to reach their full potential. Pastor Cesar has a very large church, but the most incredible thing is that it’s not a church of members, but of disciples and mostly leaders. He lives in Bogota with his wife Claudia, is the father of five children and enjoys his 11 grandchildren.

Pastor Emma Claudia is a woman of faith. God pulled her from behind her husband and put her next to him. She has a great heart for women, and has built a tremendous ministry of women in the city of Bogota. She has also extended herself in the political field. In 1991, she became the first Christian senator and the youngest. She was the creator of the law “mujer cabeza de familia” (woman head of family law), a law that benefits the single mothers who lead their homes. Its mission is to be an instrument to lower poverty rates in Colombia. Today, she is Senator of the Republic of Colombia and is part of the Foreign Affairs Committee. For people who believed that politics and the church could not be mixed, she has shown them the opposite to be true.
